Our services are delivered with our clients with the goals to create more climate-resilient systems and improve resilience to the effects of climate change & systemic barriers. Ultimately we seek positive impacts for the most vulnerable groups, entrepreneurs/social entrepreneurs & SMEs, Women & Girls and Displaced people with a special focus on young people as change agents. We do this through collaboration and partnership, by drawing on our deep resource pool, delivering training & skills development for local actors, facilitation and technical assistance and the application of available and emerging technology 

As we have people and the ability to deliver services for our clients in both high-income and low-to-middle-income settings and economies we charge for our services realistically in each context for that context. This includes 'traditional' individual, ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner. However, as our goal is build lasting 'shared value' relationships, our nimbleness, confidence and entrepreneurial spirit means we can explore shared risk, performance based and shared revenue models with our clients.
